Yamato tea has a history of over 1,200 years and is characterized by its strong aroma and umami that lingers within its bitterness.
The specialty is ``Kou, Fuku, Mochi,'' which are made with plenty of Yamato tea.
There is also an eat-in space, Nara's famous "Kamameshi", and shaved ice in the summer.
